Planning a desktop and wondering about the real PC build price in Bangladesh in 2026? This guide is for students, office buyers and gamers who want a clear plan for three budgets: a budget office PC, a mid-range 1080p gaming PC and a stronger gaming build. The short answer, based on retailer listings we checked in late October 2026: the core parts of a solid office PC cost about 47,700 to 54,000 taka, an entry 1080p gaming build about 92,500 to 106,000 taka, and an RTX 5060 gaming build about 117,500 to 132,000 taka, each before the case and monitor. Memory and graphics card prices are high right now, so the choices below aim to get the most from every taka.
How We Priced These Builds
Megabuy BD does not sell processors, motherboards or graphics cards. To keep this guide honest, we only quote a price range when the same part was listed in stock at two major Bangladeshi computer retailers on 27 October 2026. Where we could not confirm a price at both, such as cases and CPU coolers, we name the part class without a taka figure. Prices change weekly, so use these ranges for planning and confirm on the day you buy.
Rules every build follows
- Socket match: Intel 12th to 14th gen processors use LGA1700 boards (H610, B760). AMD Ryzen 7000 to 9000 use AM5 boards.
- RAM type match: an H610 or B760 board is either DDR4 or DDR5. Our builds use DDR4 boards because DDR4 currently costs roughly half as much as DDR5 per 16GB.
- Graphics: processors with an "F" in the name (i5-12400F, i5-14400F) have no built-in graphics. They need a graphics card to show any picture.
- Storage: always boot from an NVMe SSD.
- BIOS: some older B760 boards need a BIOS update to run 14th gen chips. Ask the seller to confirm.
Build 1: Budget Office and Student PC

Build 2: Entry 1080p Gaming PC
For esports titles such as Valorant, CS2 and PUBG on medium settings at 1080p, plus streaming and study. The Core i5-12400F has six performance cores; the RTX 3050 6GB is a low-power card (70W on NVIDIA's reference spec) that usually needs no extra power cable.

PC Build Price in Bangladesh: Summary by Budget

How to Choose the Right Build
- Work out the real use first. An office PC does not need a graphics card. A gamer gets more from a better GPU than from a faster CPU.
- Spend on the graphics card for gaming. Roughly half the budget of a gaming PC should go to the GPU.
- Do not cheap out on the power supply. A no-name PSU can damage every other part. Choose an 80 Plus certified unit from a known brand.
- Plan the upgrade path. A 650W PSU and a B760 board leave room for a stronger card or more RAM later.
- Budget for the monitor and UPS. They are part of the real cost of a desktop.
Ways to Save Money Without Losing Performance
- Use the box cooler. The i3-12100, i5-12400F and i5-14400F include an Intel cooler that is adequate for normal use. Add a tower cooler later if temperatures run high.
- Start with 16GB in two sticks. Two matching 8GB sticks run in dual channel, which is faster than one 16GB stick. Compare both prices on the day, then move to 32GB when memory prices settle.
- Skip RGB. Lighting fans, RGB memory and glass panels add cost without adding frames.
- Reuse what you have. An existing keyboard, mouse, speakers and even an older SATA SSD as a second drive all reduce the bill.
- Buy the graphics card last. Card prices move the most; watching them for a week or two can save several thousand taka.

Power Backup for Load Shedding
A sudden power cut can corrupt Windows or a game install. A desktop needs an offline or line-interactive PC UPS sized for its load; roughly 650VA to 1200VA covers the builds above, depending on the graphics card and monitor. Keep your internet running too: a mini DC UPS for the WiFi router, such as the Marsriva KP6 Max 20000mAh at 3,200 Tk, keeps online classes and games connected for hours. Browse our full UPS range.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is a custom PC cheaper than a brand PC in Bangladesh?
For gaming, usually yes, because you choose a stronger graphics card and better power supply for the money. For offices that need many identical machines with on-site warranty, brand PCs from Dell, HP or Lenovo can make sense despite the higher price. Compare the exact processor, RAM and SSD before deciding.
Can I build a gaming PC without a graphics card?
Light gaming is possible with processors that have strong integrated graphics, such as AMD Ryzen G-series APUs, using fast dual-channel RAM. Expect older or esports titles at low settings. Remember that Intel "F" processors have no graphics at all and will not display anything without a card.
Should I buy 16GB or 32GB RAM for gaming?
16GB in dual channel is enough for most 1080p games today. With current high memory prices, many builders start with 16GB and add a matching kit later. If you stream, edit video or keep many browser tabs open while gaming, 32GB is worth it when your budget allows.
How often do PC part prices change?
Very often. Graphics cards and RAM can move by thousands of taka in a few weeks because of import costs, dollar rate changes and global supply. Use the ranges here for planning, then check current listings on the day you buy and keep a little margin in your budget.
