Explore our product categories on megabuybd.com. Open any product for details and specifications, then click "Add to Cart".
Proceed to Checkout
Click the cart icon at the top right once all products are added. Review products and quantities, then click "Checkout".
Complete the Checkout Process
Step 1 Account: click Checkout, receive an OTP if not logged in, and sign up.
Step 2 Shipping: select district, city/upazila, delivery method (Home Delivery / Courier / Store Pickup), and write your name, address, and contact number.
Step 3 Payment: pay securely via bKash.
Step 4 Review your order summary, agree to the Terms & Conditions and Return, Refund & Cancellation policy, then click "Place Order".
Order Confirmation
You'll receive an SMS with your order number. Your order is confirmed after a confirmation call from our team.
Order Tracking
- Order placed
- Confirmed
- Handover to courier / Ready for pickup
- Completed
You'll get a shipping confirmation SMS once your order is assigned to a delivery vehicle, and can track progress from your dashboard.

ধাপ ১ অ্যাকাউন্ট: Checkout-এ ক্লিক করুন, লগইন না থাকলে OTP পাবেন এবং সাইন আপ করুন।
ধাপ ২ শিপিং: জেলা, শহর/উপজেলা, ডেলিভারি পদ্ধতি (Home Delivery / Courier / Store Pickup) নির্বাচন করুন এবং নাম, ঠিকানা ও যোগাযোগ নম্বর লিখুন।
ধাপ ৩ পেমেন্ট: bKash-এর মাধ্যমে পেমেন্ট করুন।
ধাপ ৪ অর্ডার সারাংশ পর্যালোচনা করুন, শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত হয়ে "Place Order"-এ ক্লিক করুন।
অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণ
আপনি অর্ডার নম্বরসহ এসএমএস পাবেন। আমাদের টিমের কনফার্মেশন কলের পর অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করা হবে।

পণ্য ডেলিভারি গাড়িতে বরাদ্দ হলে শিপিং কনফার্মেশন এসএমএস পাবেন এবং ড্যাশবোর্ড থেকে ট্র্যাক করতে পারবেন।
We currently accept bKash only. Full payment (or the required advance) is completed via bKash as guided at checkout.
আমরা বর্তমানে শুধুমাত্র bKash-এর মাধ্যমে পেমেন্ট গ্রহণ করি। Checkout-এর নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী পেমেন্ট বা প্রয়োজনীয় অগ্রিম bKash-এ সম্পন্ন করুন।
- If a product becomes out of stock after ordering, the order will be cancelled without dispute.
- Regular Delivery: 1–5 working days across major metro areas. Collect from the main gate; delivery staff will not enter buildings.
- Express Delivery: Dhaka Metropolitan area only, within 24 hours (charges apply).
- Courier Delivery: nationwide within 1–7 working days (charges apply). Orders above 30,000 BDT require a 5,000 BDT advance via bKash.
- Store Pickup: collect from our pickup point once ready.
- Back-order / Pre-order / Upcoming: delivered per the timeframe on the product page; 20% advance deposit required via bKash.
- Regular Delivery has no charge; Express and Courier Delivery are chargeable.
- Remote-area customers may need to collect from the nearest courier point.
- Delivery time may occasionally be longer due to unavoidable circumstances.
- Products are handed over once payment is completed.
- অর্ডারের পর পণ্য স্টকে না থাকলে, অর্ডার বিনা প্রশ্নে বাতিল করা হবে।
- Regular Delivery: প্রধান মেট্রো এলাকায় ১-৫ কার্যদিবসে সরবরাহ। মূল গেট থেকে সংগ্রহ করতে হবে, ডেলিভারি কর্মী বিল্ডিংয়ে প্রবেশ করবে না।
- Express Delivery: শুধু ঢাকা মহানগর এলাকায়, ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে (চার্জ প্রযোজ্য)।
- Courier Delivery: সারা বাংলাদেশে ১-৭ কার্যদিবসে (চার্জ প্রযোজ্য)। ৩০,০০০ টাকার বেশি অর্ডারে ৫,০০০ টাকা অগ্রিম bKash-এ দিতে হবে।
- Store Pickup: প্রস্তুত হলে পিকআপ পয়েন্ট থেকে সংগ্রহ করুন।
- Back-order / Pre-order / Upcoming: পণ্য পৃষ্ঠায় উল্লেখিত সময়ে সরবরাহ; ২০% অগ্রিম bKash-এ দিতে হবে।
- Regular Delivery-তে কোনো চার্জ নেই; Express ও Courier Delivery-তে চার্জ প্রযোজ্য।
- দূরবর্তী এলাকার গ্রাহকদের নিকটতম কুরিয়ার পয়েন্ট থেকে সংগ্রহ করতে হতে পারে।
- অনিবার্য পরিস্থিতির কারণে ডেলিভারি সময় বেশি লাগতে পারে।
- পেমেন্ট সম্পূর্ণ হলে পণ্য হস্তান্তর করা হবে।
